[Vrstream] Can you change text to speech speed independently.

Which is a pity. I think most people, when they're used to using a product, 
learn of the good and bad poits of a voice that is humanlike but still a 
machine voice, and, just as in books and other recordings, would like the 
spoken prompts voice to be just as adjustable.

But that doesn't change the menu, or pre-guide, speed, such as with the
reading of the chapter numbers in a Table Of Contents.

yes you can change the internal speed of the  tts voices by pressing the one
key until you hear the users guide, then pres the power button quickly until
you hear speed, and use the up or down arrows to speed up or slow down the
internal tts voices.
